Happy Day

On Friday, my cousin Tim, graduated from college! As we were already in NJ, and we were invited, we decided to take them up on their invitation and attend the ceremony. It involved a drive on the NJ turnpike(a new experience) and a destination close to NY City. The ceremony was nice. The college was celebrating it's 100th year. There were a few guest speakers, the conferring of degrees and a few inside fireworks. Allen took a lot of pictures. They all thought it was neat. After the ceremony we met up with Tim and all went out to the parking lot. We ate sandwiches and had soda. Then it was suggested we go get ice cream. We did that also. That was an adventure within itself. We finally made it there and enjoyed our ice cream. Then we headed back to Aunt Sue's house. The kids played there for a bit,then we headed back to Aunt Mary's house. I was very glad we decided to stay and enjoy this day!!
