Testing

We got the tests for the kids on Friday. Laura ripped it right open and said "Let me take it!". Anways we have worked on the tests over the last few days so they are now done. Even with test taking the kids personalities are so different in the approaches they take. Laura was very careful, read it slowly, wanted to talk during the whole thing. Allen was more of a let me get this over with test taker. He did pretty well and it was nice to see such a big improvement from over the past few years. Usually the whole experience was a horrible one but this year he was more cooperative and was fine doing it. He did well, even on the things we had never covered-usually that would freak him out even more if he saw new things on the test. He handled it well and actaully did great on those parts. He even did fine with the timing for the test. So they took their first and third grade tests and are ready to move on. On Sunday our church homeschool group has a little graduation ceremony planned for all the kids.
