Party! Party!

Laura had her birthday party this weekend. 15 girls!!! It was supposed to be a sleepover but we made sure to say come even if you can't spend the night. Well, only 2 girls could spend the night but the rest came for about 6 hours! Long party!! She had a High School Musical theme. She got lots of cool gifts- high school musical stationary, a beautiful necklace and trinket holder, Disney books, books on tape, craft kits, barbie movie, HSM2 movie, HSM towels and sheets, mini build a bear, etc. The girls had cake and ice cream, pizza bagels and other snacks. They played musical chairs, watched a movie, made arts and crafts out of pipe cleaners and then made little stores to "sell" their times to each other. It was a lot of fun. Laura and her 2 friends stayed up late and watched HSM. In the morning they played play dough and up in her room. Afterwards Laura and I went to church. Allen and Joey had spent the night at my parents and went to church with them.

Since it was also the Epiphany, we did a house blessing. Allen and Joey got Blessed Chalk from my parents church. We had just been talking about this earlier in the week, so we were excited to do this for the first time!
