Nature Walk

On Monday, we decided to do our nature walk because it was a beautiful day outside. We went to a park in Culpeper. The kids brought their bikes. We did the mile loop paved trail. Also off of part of the trail, there is a 1 mile nature trail hike. We did that as well also. Allen thought he saw some foxes. We saw birds and squirrels. We looked at the little creek that runs throughout the park. We got came to a choice in the path and weren't sure which one to take. Joey was so sweet as he said "God will lead the way. We won't get lost." It was just beautiful. Of course the path was good to take.

After our walk/bike path trip we stopped by to see my dad at work(at school). It was at the end of the day, so the kids had a few minutes to talk to him. Hopefully that was a nice surprise. I know my kids like popping in and seeing their grandpop!
