Basketball and Birthday Party

Yesterday Laura had a great Little Flowers meeting. We all stayed and the boys had fun with their friends and Laura's group made a craft and did a little skit. It was too cute.

Saturday-Today was Allen's first basketball game. He played hard and had a good time. At the end of the game his coach gave him a Mcd's gift card for his hard work today. He was so proud to get it.

We went to his friend Cameron's birthday party this afternoon. It was all boys and they were able to sepnd ost of the party outside playing. They played a long game of kickball. I spent the time talking to Cameron's mom since my other kids were home with Allen. It was nice.

Special moment-we had not bought a gift for Cameron because we were invited at the last moment and didn't have a chance to get him something. However at present time, Allen ran out to the car and got his McD's gift card that he just got and decided to give that to him for his birthday. I almost cried -I was so touched that Allen came up with the idea on his own and decided to do that for his friend.
