Day Three

Today we started out with morning prayers, practicing Angle of God andSt. Michaelprayers, talking about August being dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and reading our fun fact of the day. Then we practiced our new Latin words for the week. After that we did tanagram work for math and math riddles. In writing/spelling - Allen and Laura had their sentences dictated to them as they wrote and then we talked about errors. Joey practiced his letters. Laura and Allen continued their books on Ben Franklin. Joey read more Dick and Jane stories. For english we reviewed nouns being a person,place and today talked abut how a noun is a thing and they drew and gave examples of this. For History, Allen learned more about the 13 colonies and labeled a worksheet. Laura and Joey heard the first cahpter of "The Story of The World." In Science, we read a book about the planets. It was a good day. Later in the day, we went to Adoration and then Pokemon battles.
