First Friday

Today we went to First Friday Mass with our church homeschool group. Then we stayed for the rosary. After Mass, most families head over to McDonalds where the kids can have time to play. We did that today and the kids had a blast. We were there for about 1 1/2 hours. They ran, played and ate lunch. It is a good social time for all the kids. Everyone has at least one friend. In general the kids are pretty good about getting along. We have to keep an eye on the boys versus girl stuff but the moms try to stay on top of it. After McD's we went to the hobby store and I let the kids pick a few new pokemon cards out to buy. Then we went to the park. It was sooooo windy. But it felt great and we had the park to ourselves. Then we came home and the kids did their schoolwork. Now it is time for tv watching and pizza night.
