Homeschool Christmas PARTIES

I know Christmas was yesterday but since it's been a few weeks I wanted to catch up my posts with some of our activities. My church homeschool group hosted an Our Lady of Guadalupe party this year combined with our angel tree famil;y gift wrapping .That was a lot of fun. There were several crafts to make and mexican potluck for the food. Laura's Little Flowers group also hosted a holiday party with crafts and snacks. Then another homeschool group hosted a party with a cookie exchange, games, and donations of books to be gift wrapped by the kids for sick children in the hospital. So our holidays are full of the giving spirit and fun!!

Another fun thing we did Wednesday December 13th was to take part in Breaking the World Reading Aloud Record. More than 500,000 people from around the world signed up to read pages 35-37 of Charlotte's Web at noon(eastern time). We did it at a Barned and Noble with a homeschool group. It was so cool!!
